Q: What is an E-Cigarette?
A: Electronic cigarettes (also known as e-cigarettes or personal vaporizers) are an alternative to flame lit tobacco cigarettes. They are battery-operated devices that create an inhalable, water-based mist, or vapor, instead of smoke. The rechargeable battery powers a heating element called an “atomizer.” The element uses low heat to turn liquid in the cartridge, which contains propylene glycol, glycerin, food flavoring and nicotine (also known as e-liquid), into a fog-like mist or vapor.
Q: What is a Vape Device?
A: A vape device, or vape pen, is another term for e-cigarette, and is the instrument that turns e-liquid into vapor. It consists of a rechargeable battery and a tank that screw together. It’s powered on and off by the user via a button on the pen. The tank is filled with e-liquid, which is then heated by the atomizer inside the tank. There are plenty of vape devices in the market today with many new ones being released.
Q: What is E-Liquid?
A: E-liquid is a solution of propylene glycol (PG) and/or vegetable glycerin (VG), optional nicotine amounts, and food-grade flavorings. The solution vaporizes when heated and translates flavor, as well as throat and nicotine hit when inhaled, to simulate smoking.
Q: What is a best e juice?
A: The best e juice comes from a manufacturer that is transparent about how they create their vape juice. Find a trusted supplier. After that, the best vape juice will come down to taste preference. Some like sweets, some like sour. Ruthless Vapor e-liquids have flavors for vapers who like fruit flavors to traditional desserts.
Q: What is Ruthless E-Juice?
A: Ruthless e juice is the product of Ruthless Vapor. Based in Southern California, where we are proud to manufacture all of our vape juices for U.S. Distribution. We also partner with some of the best co-packers for our worldwide distributions.
Q: What are your manufacturing standards?
A: Ruthless e-liquids are manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) applicable to pharmaceutical and food grade products with primary ingredients that meet United States Pharmacopeia (USP) standards. Q: What does “PG/VG” stand for?
A: PG is Propylene Glycol, a thin liquid that has a slight sweet taste to it. VG is Vegetable Glycerin, a thicker and tasteless liquid. Both liquids are often found in many food products and are a base for all e-liquids.
Q: What mix of PG/VG should I get?
A: PG/VG mix is very subjective depending on the person. A higher PG produces less vapor (fog) and is thinner. A higher VG ratio produces more vapor (fog) and is thicker. In addition, higher PG ratios tend to have more potent flavors. A higher VG in vape juice results in larger clouds, making it ideal for use in vape cloud competitions.
Q: What is the difference between nicotine and tobacco?
A: Nicotine and tobacco are not the same thing. Tobacco in traditional cigarettes consists of dried leaves that contain nicotine naturally. Nicotine, as a liquid, can be extracted from many different sources and then added into a PG/VG base along with flavorings.
Q: Are E-Cigarettes safe?
A: While Ruthless works hard to make our vape juices to the highest standard possible, consumers are cautioned to read and adhere to the warnings on our website and the warning labels on our bottles. Please educate yourselves before you vape.
Q: Are E-Cigarettes regulated by the FDA?
A: As of May 2016, the FDA began regulating e-cigarettes and e-liquids as tobacco products under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Implementation of FDA regulations is currently underway.
Q: How much Nicotine is in each of the flavors?
A: Ruthless provides e-juice flavors with different levels of nicotine, ranging from 0mg, 3mg, 6mg, to 12mg. Nic Salts can also have a higher level of nicotine. The levels are stated on each bottle. When ordering online, you may choose your preferred level of nicotine at checkout.
Q: Do any of Ruthless E-Juices contain unsafe levels of Diacetyl (DA), Acetyl Propionyl (AP), and/or Acetoin?
A: None of the flavors we manufacture contain DA or AP.
Q: Do any other brands sold by Ruthless contain DA and AP?
A: Ruthless currently works with other brand owners to manufacture and distribute their e-juices. We can only answer on behalf of ourselves and suggest that you contact the brand owners directly with your inquiry.
Q: Do any of your e-juices contain sugar?
A: No, Ruthless does not use sugar in any e-liquids.
Q: Do any of your E-Juices contain alcohol/ methanol?
A: No, they do not. Although Vegetable Glycerin is known as a “sugar alcohol” compound, it is neither sugar nor alcohol.
Q: Do you use animal products or by-products in your juices?
A: No, Ruthless does not use animal products or byproducts in our juices.
Q: Will I have an allergic reaction?
A: Each individual is different and can have different sensitivities to any kind of chemical substance. Ruthless E-Juices are made from propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG), nicotine, and FDA approved food-grade flavors. Please consult with a medical professional to find out if you are allergic to any of these ingredients.
Q: Do any of Ruthless E-Juices contain nuts or nut ingredients that could trigger my nut allergy?
A: Although Ruthless juices are made of natural and artificial flavors that do not contain peanuts or peanut flavors, Ruthless cannot guarantee, at this time, that all machines being used to manufacture their juices are not also being used to manufacture products with peanuts, or other nuts and potential allergens.
