Ruthless Will File for the PMTA

UPDATE:

PMTAs have been submitted for 120ml and 60ml 3mg, 6mg bottles for Ez Duz It, Ez Duz it On Ice, Grape Drank, Swamp Thang, Jungle Fever, and Slurricane. Additionally, PMTAs have been submitted for Loaded Glazed and Loaded Smores in 3mg and 6mg.

Most vapers will have heard of the upcoming Premarket Tobacco Application (PMTA) through social media, other vapers, or news sources. The deadline for the PMTA is only a week away. After the deadline, all products without an application must be taken off the United States market. If a company has filed a PMTA for that product, it has a one-year grace period where the product can remain on the market for one year or until the FDA reaches a decision regarding the product’s application.

We are pleased to announce that Ruthless Vapor will submit products for PMTA review by the September 9, 2020 deadline.

We intend to submit applications for:

2. EZ Duz It 120ml and 60ml at 3mg and 6mg Nic Strengths
3. Grape Drank 120ml and 60ml at 3mg and 6mg Nic Strengths
4. Swamp Thang 120ml and 60ml at 3mg and 6mg Nic Strengths
5. Jungle Fever 120ml and 60ml at 3mg and 6mg Nic Strengths
6. Slurricane 120ml and 60ml at 3mg and 6mg Nic Strengths
